The Adjustment Calculator automatically calculates settlement adjustments in respect of council rates, water rates, land tax, strata unit levy, insurance, occupation fee, interest pursuant to the contract and water usage.
Once the calculations are done you can print the results in a standard settlement sheet format.
You have the option of calculating the adjustments on a paid, unpaid, or unpaid but treated as paid basis.
