The Adjustment Calculator automatically calculates settlement adjustments in respect of council rates, water rates, Parks, licence fees, interest pursuant to the contract (penalty interest), land tax, and body corporate fees.
Once the calculations are done you can print the results in a standard settlement sheet format.
If you have Microsoft Word installed on your computer Conveyancing Workshop can save the settlement sheet as a Microsoft Word document (.doc) allowing you to open it in Word.
