Instructions

1.    Entering Dates

Dates can be entered manually using the keyboard, or using a pop-up calendar.

Using Keyboard to enter dates

Dates must be entered in dd/mm/yy format. You can enter 1 or 2 digits for day and month. 2 digits must be used for the year part of the date.  Valid  date separators are:

forward slash "/"       minus sign      "-"       decimal point "."

Only one type of date separator can be used within any one date. The following are examples of valid dates:

12/3/03        12.03.03        12-3-03        6-4-89

Invalid date examples:

    3-12/99        *Cannot have different date separators within a date

    12.4.1978      *Only 2 digits are allowed for the year

 Using Pop-up calendar to enter dates

         

Clicking on this will bring up the calendar tool. Double click a date in the calendar tool to select that date.

 

 

Internet Explorer

Internet Explorer  is the preferred browser to use for this program.

We will not provide any help or support for  the use of this program with any browser other than Internet Explorer.

For best results we suggest you have the most recent version of Internet Explorer - Version 6.
